Hiya, I’m Chelsea, the founder of Flourish and Thrive Fitness and most importantly, your new coach – how exciting!

I’ve got 5 years of fitness experience, starting with my own gym journey back in 2021 recovering from anorexia and growing muscle – 5 years on, I’ve gained my qualifications and have helped over 200 people gain confidence and become thier happiest, healthiest selves.

My favourite thing ever? hearing people say ‘I can’t do it’ whilst they do what they “can’t” do – it’s brilliant to see them smile after!

How much does training cost?

£35 per session (per week) – £130 for a month or £385 for 3 months


Do I need a gym membership?

No, you don’t – I train my clients at JETTS (Portsmouth) where they allow me to train you without you being a member. Or if you prefer outdoor training we can take it outdoors!
