What to expect
I’ve developed a seamless three-step process that ensures you hit your goals and are supported every step of the way!

Onboarding Process
The process begins when you apply to train with me via the application form below. This gives me a good insight into how I can best support you. I will then reach out to you to confirm a start date and to get you onboarded.

Personalised Training & Support
We’ll have a session every single week (in-person or online) where we’ll go through your weekly tracker and discuss areas you need further help and support in to help you achieve your goals.
03.
Life-time Support and Accountability
I don’t just want you to achieve your goals, I want you to maintain them! Once you’re happy with your results we’ll move across to my maintenance package so I can guide you though staying on track.

Meet your Coach!
Hiya, I’m Chelsea, the founder of Flourish and Thrive Fitness and most importantly, your new coach – how exciting!
I’ve got 5 years of fitness experience, starting with my own gym journey back in 2021 recovering from anorexia and growing muscle – 5 years on, I’ve gained my qualifications and have helped over 200 people gain confidence and become thier happiest, healthiest selves.
My favourite thing ever? hearing people say ‘I can’t do it’ whilst they do what they “can’t” do – it’s brilliant to see them smile after!
